Light and cooling or hot and heavy?

Helga made a lot of gazpacho and everyone drops in to get some because it is almost Andalusia hot here and most people want to eat only "light and cooling" stuff.

I am very happy with my slow cooked beef cheek and potatoes though (thanks, Helga). Don't get me wrong, I am all for light and cooling, as long as it is followed by something properly hot and heavy. I had half a bucket of gazpacho too though.
